At Droit Légal, we pride ourselves on providing hassle-free services. This complete service includes 2 consultations with a notary duly accredited by the Chambre des notaires. The first consultation is in place to properly advise you legally on your last wishes and to review your situation in order to properly set up the testamentary provisions or in anticipation of incapacity.

Thereafter, you will have a consultation by videoconference in order to read the documents, receiving the explanations of the notary and you will proceed to the final signature.

    • Support and creation of the file in the secure software for notaries
  • Sending the form for information
  • The package includes 2 consultations with a notary as well as all registration fees at the Chambre des notaires.

All our packages are payable in 2 installments :

The first payment is $100 when the file is opened , and the 2nd payment, which is the balance of payment, is made when your notarized documents are signed.

The first step is to open your file which you can do online by booking now, or with our team at 1-888-653-8299. Once the package has been reserved, you will receive the invoice by e-mail as well as a short questionnaire to fill out to obtain information.

Upon receipt, we will book your appointments with the notary.

Please note that the opening of the file is always deducted from the final payment.
