The first consultation is in place to properly advise you legally on your purchase and on the signing of your mortgage contract.

Thereafter, you will have a 2nd consultation in order to proceed with the real estate purchase with all the people involved.

All our packages are payable in 2 installments :

The first payment is $150+tx when opening the file , and the 2nd payment which is the balance of payment is made when signing your notarized documents.

The first step is to open your file which you can do online by booking now, or with our team at 1-888-653-8299. Once the package has been reserved, you will receive the invoice by email as well as the mandate to be signed.

Upon receipt, we will start your file and book your appointments with the notary.

Please note that the opening of the file is always deducted from the final payment.
